Returns and Refunds for IT & Audio Video Equipment

How to Return an Item:
- Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at info@xplusdigital.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely: Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
- Ship the item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs: For non-defective returns, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. For defective returns, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
